80’s has the distinction of being the first song I have ever distributed. It was composed in April 2019. It starts out with over 40 seconds of smooth pads and guitar before the drum beat finally kicks in. I have been told by some people that is too long to make people wait for a drum beat and that I should bring the drums in sooner. I however personally enjoy listening to a fairly soft song and then have drums come in and liven it up after a relatively long time. I feel like it’s a surprise for those who are patient.
